30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- Item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as non-returnable
- Used or damaged items not caused by us
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size, color, or replacement item, contact us and we’ll help set up an exchange based on product availability.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
